Hi everyone, As per our last email, CLAN has been put onto pause mode - and instead let me introduce you to CLAN - TNG (working title). Thanks for bearing with us, folks. Since our last email when we had just discovered the insane cost of building new dwellings post-pandemic, we've had to go back and start researching other options, like modular buildings, pre-existing flats/groups of houses, and converting old buildings into dwellings.
